Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the live, cohort-based nature of Launch That Product™, the following refund policy applies.


Before the programme starts

You may request a full refund if you cancel up to 14 days before the programme start date.

Refund requests must be made in writing to: hello@launchthatproduct.com


After the programme starts

Once the programme has started:

  • No refunds are available
  • No partial refunds are offered for missed sessions

Access cannot be transferred to another individual


Programme changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme schedule or format if necessary.

This policy exists to protect the integrity of the cohort and the time commitment of all participants.
